Why I'm Running!
The Democratic Party of Georgia belongs to all of us — the voters, the candidates, the staff, the volunteers, our allied organizations, advocacy groups, and the elected officials who fight every day for a fairer, stronger, and more just Georgia. Our purpose must be realigned, as the party was never meant to be the property of a select few, nor a tool for gatekeeping. It is a movement — and that movement must reflect the dreams, needs, and aspirations of the people we serve.
Under my leadership as Chair, we will chart a new path — one that embraces this movement, bringing us closer to the values that unite us and the change and leadership that we all seek.
A Defining Moment
Today is a moment of reckoning — and of renewal. It is a defining opportunity to choose strong, dedicated leadership that reflects the values and voices of all Georgia Democrats.
Too many within our party have felt shut out, unheard, and disconnected from the decisions shaping our future. The voices of committed members, tireless organizers, and longtime allies have too often been sidelined. Trust has been strained. Our purpose, at times, has grown unclear. That ends today.
That all changes with new party leadership when I am elected Chair. Under my leadership, we will chart a new path — one that embraces this movement, bringing us closer to the values that unite us and the change that we all seek.

I will lead a Democratic Party of Georgia that listens more, shares power, empowers others, and puts people first — always.We will welcome Democrats from every background, every region, and every generation.
